How Long Will It Take To Receive My Order?

As we're based in London, UK, people from the UK can expect their order within 3-5 business days of placing their order. This is an estimate and is not guaranteed. Some postal factors can delay these times slightly. Also, as all of our products are handmade to order, during busy periods this may be extended by a day.

Anywhere outside the UK generally takes 7-12 working days, however some instances it can take longer, so please hang in there! Shipping depends on customs speed and how busy postal services are. During busy periods such as Christmas, delivery times can be expected to be higher than usual.

If your order hasn't reached you within 7 business days from the dispatch date in the UK, and 20 business days outside the UK, please contact us. We will be more than happy to help.
1-Day Turnaround Delivery (Speedy Shipping)
Our 1-day turnaround means we will have your order prepared, packed and shipped out within 1 business day of you making the order. Please note: This is not next day delivery service. This service means your order will be shipped out within 1 day of order placement. These orders are shipped 1st class, rather than our standard 2nd class service. 1st class mail is currently taking 1-3 business days. Orders placed before 1:00pm will be shipped the same day. Orders after 1:00pm will be shipped the next working day (Mon-Fri).

Returns

We gladly accept returns, exchanges and cancellations
Contact us within: 7 days of delivery
Send items back within: 14 days of delivery
Request a cancellation within:  24 hours of purchase
Return postage to be paid by buyer.

The following items can't be returned or exchanged:

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, we can't accept returns for:
  • Custom or personalised orders
If any items are damaged, defected, or any other issues, we require photographic evidence of these defect(s) and/or damage(s). Without any photo proof, we are unable to accept returns or issue refunds.
If your item is delivered damaged, defected, or is not fit for purpose, please contact us within 3 business days of delivery.
We have a right to decline refunds and/or returns if they do not meet any of our conditions.
