Last Wednesday (15/07/2020) Our bag of post at the post office was accidentally taken without being stamped. This was a postal office error which we were notified of the next day (16/07). All these packages/letters will be charged to the customer when it is delivered, meaning the customers whose orders were in this batch, will need to pay. We apologise for this.
