❓ FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS:
❓ Will my wrapping paper arrive folded or rolled?
It depends on what you select at checkout! Folded sheets are sent flat-packed in protective board-backed envelopes and will have visible crease lines. Continuous rolls are rolled around a core and shipped in rigid tubes with zero creases.
❓ What kind of paper do you print on?
We print in-house on premium 90gsm matte paper. It offers an anti-glare, luxury finish, cuts cleanly, and is completely opaque so gifts underneath stay 100% hidden.
❓ Can people see through the paper?
No. Our 90gsm stock is thick and opaque, ensuring dark packaging, bold toy graphics, and manufacturer logos won't show through under the tree.
❓ Can regular sticky tape be used?
Yes! Thanks to our quality matte finish, standard Sellotape, Scotch tape, or paper tape sticks securely without peeling or lifting at the corners.
❓ How many presents does a 2-metre roll wrap?
A 2m roll typically covers 3 to 5 standard-sized toy boxes or clothing boxes, making it our most popular option for holiday present hauls.
