❓ Frequently Asked Questions
--------------------------------------------
❓Will my wrapping paper arrive folded or rolled?
It depends on the option you choose during checkout! Cut sheets are dispatched folded flat inside board-backed envelopes and will feature visible creases. Continuous rolls are rolled around a centre core and shipped inside rigid cardboard tubes with no creases at all.
❓What type of paper is used?
We print everything in-house on high-quality 90gsm matte paper. It provides a luxurious, glare-free look, cuts smoothly, and offers full opacity so your presents stay completely hidden.
❓Is the paper see-through?
Not at all. Our 90gsm paper is thick and completely opaque, ensuring dark product boxes, colourful toy branding, and store logos won't show through beneath the tree.
❓Does standard sticky tape work well?
Yes! Thanks to our quality matte finish, everyday tape, Sellotape, Scotch tape, or eco-friendly paper tape adheres firmly without peeling back or lifting at the corners.
❓How many gifts can I wrap with a 2-metre roll?
A 2m roll generally wraps around 3 to 5 medium-sized shoe boxes or clothing boxes, making it our most popular pick for holiday gift wrapping.
